Our golf course has 9 uniquely designed holes. Your time on the course is unlimited so please feel free to go around again and beat your score!

We operate a no refunds policy but, given 48 hours notice and subject to management discretion, we can reschedule your booking within the next 6 months. Please email hello@caddyshackers.co.uk if you require assistance with this.
A confirmation email is sent out automatically to every online booking. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk folder and that the email address you gave is correct. Alternatively, send us an email to hello@caddyshackers.co.uk with the time, date and the name of the booking and we will reissue the confirmation.
No. We have all of your booking information at reception.
Any under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (21+). A maximum of 4 children can be accompanied by 1 adult. Child rates are applicable to 5-17 year olds. The crazy golf course is not suitable for under 5’s to play. Axe throwing is suitable for anyone aged 12+ however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
Any person under 18 must leave the premises by 8pm. We operate Challenge 25, a government backed policy to reduce underage drinking. If, in the opinion of duty manage or security personnel, you are fortunate to look under 15 you will be asked for valid photographic ID (acceptable forms include, passport, UK driving licence or Pass card)
Due to the design of the course and the nature of the building (for example, all 3 fire exits involve travelling upstairs), wheelchair access is extremely limited. However, our sister venue next door, East Street Lanes boutique tenpin bowling alley is a new development and has excellent accessibility.

Absolutely. Caddyshackers has a full bar serving beers, cocktails, wines, spirits, softs, mocktails, etc. We also have a variety of arcade games, pool table, ping pong tables, beer pong, boxing game, shuffleboards, axe throwing, foot pool and interactive darts. No pressure to golf at all!
Booking is advisable, certainly at weekends, as we can never guarantee you a slot without a reservation.
Depending on the party size and how busy we are times can vary from 20 – 40 minutes for 9 holes but you may go around the course twice at no extra cost!
You can book online for parties of up to 18 golfers. If your party is larger, please email with details and a contact number and we will contact you. To discuss corporate discounts for parties of 80-200 golfers, please email with all relevant information to hello@caddyshackers.co.uk
